Work Groups

Shoppers- buying equipment needed. The first job was to find where we could buy some poles. Daniel and Ben rang several places and discovered Place Makers and Bunnings had what we wanted. Jin, Gabby and Lydia went with Sue to buy them on Monday at lunchtime. We also go sandpaper and Puty to make the poles ready for painting.
Many people helped fix the holes and sand the poles down.

Totem pole

V22 is making 2 totem poles to represent the cultures in our school . When children start our school from other countries they will see the poles and recognise symbols and pictures from their culture. We want them to feel welcome when they arrive at FOS.We are hoping that it will be finished by the end of the year. That is 4 weeks!
Our first job was to organise ourselves into a work team. We chose 4 project managers. They are Lydia, Hilary, Keegan and Jacob (lying on their side).
They asked us what jobs we wanted then put us into work groups.
