We have been doing gym at QEII.
We have been learning to do straddle, pike,tucks, cartwheels, forward rolls and backwards rolls, handstands, beam and bar.My scores were 3+3+3 3 4-4 3+ 3+3 434
The funnest thing was jumping into the pit. I can't wait to do it again next year.

Anna,Student Led Conference

On Thursday the 10 of September I had my Student Led Conference. In my group I had Alice, Ashleigh, Ben, Jack and myself. We started with a Maori welcome I think that we did all right but some people had to use cue cards, then we had a power-point which showed them what we have been doing all year it had things like book club drama and heros. After that we did our marimba, I thought it was really bad because we were out time. Next we showed our parents our learning report. I think it should have been a bit longer but over all it was a good night.

Tree Climbing

Ahhhhhhh I anxiously looked down. I was so high up
I could just see Bridget. I took a step. WOE! I almost slipped. Carefully I looked down, shaking.
"One more step", I said under my breath.
YAY I was at the top waiting to be lowered down.
That was the scariest thing I did on camp.
Now when I look at trees I remember the time I climbed the massive trees at Hamner camp.
