For this skill you need balance and concentration.
You need to bend your knees,  lean forward and
watch the ball then chuck it back hard and hope
they can't catch it. For each activity you get a mark.

In this picture I was using a balancing skill,for this activity I needed to bend my knees and keep my legs far apart this helped me keep balance. In each activity you get scores such as ,3- ,3, 3+,4-, 4, 4+

student led conference

Last week on Wednesday i had my Student Led Conference in Village 22.
It started with a Maori welcome called a Mihi then we showed a power point about the things we liked this term such as sport science and art. Then we did a song called 'Click Sticks' on the marimba. After that we split up with our parents and showed them all the work we had done this term.

I thought my student led conference was really cool but next time i think we should get the parents involved.
Next year i think it would be awesome if we could do a little bit more because it was very short
i cant wait till next year because i really enjoyed doing my Student Led Conference.

Waterfall Walk

Water was streaming down the damp rocky cliff soaking any children in it’s
path then crashing to the ground like a thunderstorm and sloshing away into the dark unwelcoming trees.
Flabbergasted my class and teacher watched the beautiful sight. I could see the tempted looks on my classmates faces wondering if they had the guts to go under the raging icy water
.This was our first activity on school camp. How could any camp be better than Hanmer?
