Around us shaking
Roaring sounds
Tapping at the window
Helpless feelings
Quick run
Under the door frame
All together we are safe
Keep filling the water bottles
Earth is powerful.

ReplyDeleteOh dear me I am really a bit slow of the mark today!! I've just realised your poem was an acrostic. That shows you how good it was- I didn't notice the letters at the beginning because it had me gripped reading it right through.
